We just took time out of our day to drive there with a list of needed things not crazy amount! to ship on the last barge to the North as there's no roads to our territory, only shipping in summer and fly-in in winter, to save since airfreight is expensive for heavy items $$$. We got there at 4:30pm, they close at 5pm and they told us they can't sell us anything because they close in half an hour. What??? They may as well change their hours to 4:30pm with that mentality. Where is the professionalism, customer service and passion??? Waste of our time, energy and business.
Went there knowing about the 25$ minimum, so I went with a small list of the things that I needed, that I checked on the site previously, and some other stuff that I could get just to complete the 25$. The prices were fine and I found what I wanted, but the person that I had to deal with was just horrible, worst service possible. If it wasn't for the lack of options where I could get what I needed due to the Covid-19 having all the other stores closed to normal customers I would have just walked out of there the moment the attendant started shaking his head with a smile on his face for each item I asked, just to say afterwards that just the time for him to fetch the stuff and look into the PC wasn't worth it. Since I drove 30 mins to get there and still had to drive 30 mins more to go back I just decided to let it go and get my stuff. So in total I spent 50$ there, 10$ of what I wanted and the rest was extra stuff just to match the minimum value and that I could still put to some use afterwards. If 50$ on products isn't worth your time and you have to deal with clients in a super annoyed and unpleasant manner just put a 500-1000$ minimum and this way people won't go there to waste your time and spend 50$, this way you also won't waste people's time with the whole "it's not even worth the time I'm gonna spend fetching it" thing.
