Costco Wholesale

Very nice and clean store. Lots of products, well stocked, a lot of friendly & helpful employees and lots of services offered(photo center, gas station, auto center, pharmacy, optical department and the list goes on and on). A little tricky to get into from the highway but once your there it is worth the effort. Also can be busy on the weekends during the middle of the day, so be there early if you want a quick trip in and out.

What can I say, it's Costco... everything is huge and in family packages. Have a good tech department and a great optic too. Meats are good and fresh as well as they fruits. I'm not amazed by the price but it's ok. They have a gas station too so it's convenient.

The store itself is your average Costco. Very large , very spacious and this one is kept very clean and you can find what you are looking for easily. The problem really lies with the cash register and check out process. Each time I get into the line to pay for my items the cashiers try to sell me a more expensive membership. Sometimes even hijacking my card to another agent to go over my spending. I am not interested in the executive membership and if I WAS . I would have bought it when I signed up. I chose the card based on my needs and preferences and i am happy with it. I would like for once to go through check out without their sleazy sales pitches. And let us not forget the dreaded line up to even LEAVE the store. So after waiting in long check out lines and being harassed for higher paid memberships, you then have to wait in the line up to leave the store so their clerks can scan your basket and write on your bill . The whole process is simply ridiculous and really frustrating.

This club is better organized in general, and I find it less crowded than the downtown one (Bridge street). The gas station in general is also less crowded. Suggestion: don't go at the end of the day on a Sunday, restock process does not work very well, so if the pallets get empty, they'll stay empty to finish the week :)

Love Costco. The food I buy there is always fresh and I can keep it longer in the fridge without spoiling. If you need to return something its always easy. Great service.
