Wow is this place busy, but incredibly they are able to keep the flow going and make the over all experience good. The store is well stocked with employees everywhere restocking organizing and just cleaning in general. The stock levels are good but the one big ticket item I went for A pressure washer on sale was out of stock and the sale ends today.

I’ve used the tire center service at Costco Candiac. For my surprise when removing tires from my car at home all bags were open and back seats are completely dirty. The lack of attention and care with a long term customer is unacceptable.

Very bad customer service from Gabriel at the self checkout today at 1230-35. He harassed and followed me through the line. I told him I would get management involved. He did not stopI felt very uncomfortable as I had my 2 daughters 5&6 and my cousin with me. He made me felt like I stole something when I have been a premium member for 8 years.That is disgusting because I think he was provoking me.This behaviour that he had is totally unacceptable towards loyal customers. This should be looked into by management. They can contact me here and I will happily get back and explain to them what happened.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service my mother recently received at your auto center.nnAbout two months ago, my mother visited the Candiac location for an oil change. The mechanic suggested that she also have her tires rotated, which they would do while she shopped in the store. However, when she returned, she was told that the tires were of different brands, and they could not complete the service.nnThis past weekend, we examined our wheels to determine what kind of replacements we might need. We discovered that the wheel lock for the front wheel had been replaced with a regular lug nut, and the wheel lock key was completely stripped, making it unusable for the other wheels. The mechanic had stripped the front right wheel lock, replaced it with a regular nut, damaged our key, and now we must break the remaining wheel locks—risking damage to the rims—and order a new set.nnThis is incredibly dishonest behavior from your employees, and it is disheartening to see them take advantage of a customer who trusted them completely. I’m writing with the expectation that you will take steps to make this situation right.

During the quarantine lockdown, there were queues to get into shop but the Costco employees worked hard to ensure that people behaved well given the current COVID19 pandemic.nFresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy products are affordable but the meat prices, as elsewhere, have escalated quickly.nOddly, winter holiday gift items were on display although it is only 10 October.
