Great people and wonderful service! Fixed my van quickly during a very busy time before Christmas and did a wonderful job. Also charged half what another shop was going to charge me.

Dropped car off. Explained to the owner what needed to be done. He said they would give me a copy of the work being done in 24 hours. Didn't hear anything. After 3 days I contacted my insurance company. They sent me what was being done on the car. Was in autobody/insurance language. Said should be done after 5 days. Still hadn't heard anything. After a week and a half I called them to ask when it would be done, coincidentally they said you can pick it up today. When I picked it up the inside was filthy dirty covered in dust, and the job wasn't even complete. At this point the place is closed. Incredibly disappointed.

Owner told me that he didn't used aftermarket parts, stopped in to check and some parts where aftermarket, l got a price to paint the whole box of a pickup truck and the tailgate was not done I guess that's not part of the box. On the 3rd day of going back to finish the job he got angry because he was swamped even though i had a appointment. Job still not completed but not going back . ill do it myself.

Wonderful customer service and you would never know my car was in an accident I would recommend them to anyone I know

The Personnel Insurance recommended site... Based on location mind you, but repairs were excellent. Asked for a little extra detailing (offer to pay for it too) but was disappointed when I found broken glass and exploded pop cans throughout the vehicle. Left a heavy layer of bondo dust throughout the vehicle too. Manual missing, so no code available to reset radio/dvd/navigation system... I'm sure it wasn't them, call insurance and get it fixed, but they should have done this for me...ohhh well. Staff was awsum, always friendly and on top of everything.
