A very nice person hit my car in the parking lot and didn't leave a note!  So, I was on my own to pay to get it fixed.  Hitz was very efficient and affordable and did a great job. Randy was even nice enough to drop me off at home and pick me up afterward.  Great customer service!

We had a dent that we were covering the cost for (not going through insurance) and they did a great job of fixing it quickly and affordable.

Useless company.

Worst customer service you can imagine. He will tell you what got damaged and what didnt even though he wasn't near the accident scene. Then when you go to pick your car up 4 days later from the scheduled date the job is still incomplete.
