Terrible Terrible experience , don’t ever bring your car here on your own or if your insurance company sends you.  Attached are photos how you will receive your car after job , dirty and ruined.

Manager got very aggressive and abusive when I asked a simple question about the repair done on my car.  All I asked was looked like somethings missing? He then threw my old parts in my back seat of my car and walked off. Never would have expected a manager to act like that. 

My car interior was completely dirty and now has a strange odour, which was of course my fault. Personal items and documents were placed in my trunk without my knowledge.

Don’t ever bring your car here if you know what’s good for you, 
don’t make the same mistake I did.

Update - General manager of Fix Auto Corporate let me take my car to another location and the job was fixed up completely perfectly and my car was left perfect on the inside. Highly Recommend the Brampton Or Mississauga Locations, I’m not sure if anything was done about this managers behaviour.

I got my front fender replaced here and not only did they do a great job but they dealt with the car rental and insurance company even though they were being a pain.   The icing on the cake was they cleaned my car which was frankly disgusting. Whoever cleaned probably got the rest of the day off but they earned it.   100% would recommend

One word- Fantastic. Shawn had excellent understanding of the problem, gave me a range of solutions and was happy to go ahead with my chosen solution although it was not the expensive one and required far more work. 

Background, backed my new SUV and tore the bumper. Had paint damage and a big dent in the plastic. to 

If you look at it now , cant tell where the damage occured. Time to fix was a reasonable 2 days. 

Front office staff was very courteous. 

Got quotes from dealers and other bodyshops. Fix-it is not the cheapest but they a good job at a competitive price.

Great service. Goes the extra mile to make sure the car is perfect before returning it. Anytime i have an issue with paint on my car this is my goto place. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!
