NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA Associate Milton

I had placed a phone order for 2 parts. Paid for items over the phone. When I asked if there would be any problem returning if they weren't correct. I was told it was ok and not notified that there was a 20 percent restocking fee. I was further confirmed at pickup it was not an issue to return. Had i been notified of this fee when placing the order I wouldn't have placed it. Guy at counter was rude to me when I explained this. Will not be using Napa again.

Bad customer service and bad attitude. Would not give return or exchange on product that was NOT listed as a non returnable item. Guy even went to check posted list of non returnable items, and even though it was not listed there, still would bot return item. Last time I ever buy there!!!! Buyer be ware
