Speedy Glass

Very impressed by the quality and service provided by this speedy glass location. Friday my wife ended up getting a stone chip on her SUV. Saturday morning at 10:00am I called speedy glass to inquire about getting my stone chip (star type) repaired. Ryan at the service counter accommodated to get me in for 10:30am. When I arrived, I was already impressed by the technician Greg who answered all my inquiries prior to performing the repair. He was very informative and explained everything in detail about the process. 20-30min later I was on my way home. I was more then happy with how the repair turned out. Defintiely recommend this speedy glass location. Thanks again Greg & Ryan.

What a waste of time.!!!!!! I came in to get a quote on a windshield replacement on my f150 truck and spoke to COURTNEY she had given me two quotes one with a logo and one with out. The one with out at much lower price was the one I ordered and I set up an appointment to have it installed expecting a carlite brand to be installed..( as she said it would be ) She ordered the one with a logo at a much higher price.. ( not the one I ordered )if I had let her install it, I would have billed at a much higher price.. what a scam...!!! CALL YOU GUYS..NOW WHY WOULD I WASTE MY TIME DOING THAT..??? STAR AUTO GLASS IN OAKVILLE SOLVED THE PROBLEM AND PUT YOU GUYS TO SHAME. I ended up going to starr auto glass..Not sure what happen to this place as I have been here before dealing with RYAN and he was good and honest. Just goes to show you that not every one is honest when business is slow.

Excellent customer service here - Ryan was friendly and knowledgable, accommodated multiple appointment changes and went the distance to make things right when our first glass change had visible defects from the glass manufacturer. "Speedy" is definitely warranted in the name - first time took 3 hours and second time about 1.5 hours for a full rear glass change. Highly recommend!

The person I dealt with was rude and condescending. He had the nerve to state that I MUST be back by 11:30 because he had to pick up his daughter. Way to put the customer's needs first (not). UPDATE: THE DAY AFTER I HAD MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED I DISCOVERED THAT WHOEVER INSTALLED MY WINDSHIELD WIPER DIDN'T TAKE OFF THE PLASTIC COVER, RESULTING IN MY NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE WHEN DRIVING IN THE RAIN. WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR BACK TO INQUIRE ABOUT THIS, I DISCOVERED THAT THE PERSON I FIRST DEALT WITH DID NOT INFORM ME THAT I HAD A CHOICE AS TO WHICH PACKAGE I COULD HAVE AND INSTEAD IMMEDIATELY CHARGED ME THE MOST EXPENSIVE PACKAGE. I ONLY DISCOVERED THIS WHEN I SPOKE TO THE SECOND PERSON AT SPEEDY GLASS. WHAT A SHAMEFUL SCAM TO PULL ON AN UNSUSPECTING WOMAN. ALSO, THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" LINE IS A SCAM; THERE IS NEVER ANYONE ANSWERING THE PHONE AND WHEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE (WHICH I DID THREE DAYS AGO) THEY DON'T BOTHER TO RETURN YOUR CALL.
