Walking On A Cloud

I went into Walking on a Cloud on the weekend and when I entered the store, no one was out front, or even came out to say hello. I knew what I was going in for & it still took 10 mins before the guy who was working to come out. When he came out, he was very unprofessional, didnt ask me if I needed help or anything. I had to tell him what I wanted. Usually good customer service, but not this time.

The footwear is fabulous, comfortable and stylish. And, the service I received from sales associate Tyson was hands down fantastic. He was attentive, kind and had a great sense of humour.

I love the service I receive by the knowledgeable staff at this location. I have been a customer for two years. They listen to what you require, are very patient letting you try on many styles/brands and work with my orthotics to ensure proper fit. There is no pressure to buy. I appreciate this expert service because it means my feet are comfortable and blister free in all of my activities both winter and summer. In the new normal world re: Covid-19 - they are following safe protocols to keep themselves and their customer safe. Thank you very much! I will of course be back soon.

they have over priced their birkenstocks, I've seen the same shoe $40 cheaper at multiple other stores. And the lady that was working was rude. I have no problem wearing a nylon when trying on the shoes, but when you keep them behind the counter out of access to the customers how am I suppose to know you have them? And how am I suppose to access them? So next time don't yell at me for trying on without a nylon

Leather shoes for ladies weren't all good quality. Also the lady who helped me today was absent for a bit since I entered, nor she said hello.

Had great service lots of choice. Great quality foot wear. Couldn't be happier with a shoe store.
