Got my shoes for 50% off from Cassy and her customer service was excellent if I could give a 10/10 I would!

Miljana should really work on her customer service skills. Did not appreciate the attitude and condescending tone my friend & I received upon returning a pair of boots that was bought less then a week ago. I will shop at Aldo now thanks.

I bought boots from here a couple months ago and within the first day the top of the boot was scuffed.... talk about poor quality.  So I emailed the company to see if I could return or exchange and they refused.. saying it was wear and tear... wear and tear after one day..
