Great place for children and some Indigenous educational content to inspire & great hope. Get familiar with the Buffalo Mountain carving by Stewart Steinhauer of Saddle Lake Cree Nation within Treaty no. 6 Territory
Lots of stuff for kids to climb on. Lots of leaves, twigs, debris, and toys strewn all over park. Dirty and cluttered. Also, why did the landscapers plant large thorny bushes there.... not cool!
Best park for kids under 3 years old. Many activities and low traffic. A good chance for mom to relax and let the kids enjoy the community toys.
It is a good playground in the neighbourhood great for all ages. Kids can play with the structure or with the sand or discover the ravine which is right next to it. Great in sunny days because you can easily find a spot in the shadows. Mom of 5 y.o.
Great little neighbourhood park and a good spot for your kids to meet others in the area. Lots of communal toys and a good jungle gym. Decent amount of seating, and good shade in the afternoon. Once they finish building the sidewalk it'll be even better. It could use some moremupkerp as well to keep the sand in the swing/play areas, as it's started to kill large parts of the grass.
A lovely place to wander around in, this time of year especially. Connects to Mill Creek ravine, so you can ride your bike through lots of trails too.
My favorite thing is the climbable buffalo sculpture by First Nations artist Stewart Steinhauer, called "Buffalo Mountain". My second favorite things are the two hopscotch pads made of colored bricks. Bring a small broom along to sweep the sand away, and you will spot the hopscotch pattern in the donated bricks.
Great little park for kids in a secluded green area. Lots of toys available to play with so you don't really have to bring your own.
Perfect little park for little tikes; right on the edge of mill creek ravine. If they're 5 and under this park has for ya covered, though older kids might find it a tad underwhelming.
Small park nestled just off the ravine path with a pokemon gym and 2 pokestops!
