A small park with a couple Picknick tables. It seems to be in a stage of development, I look forward to seeing it once it is finished. Currently, there is a newly added statue of Anne Frank and a commemoration of the liberation of The Netherlands by Canadian Armed Forces.
Just so pleased to see how wonderful Anne Frank looks in this Park.
This place is literally saving lives right now. This makes it one of the best parks in the city. There are four other parks within 3 minutes walk of this location but none of them are currently saving the city large quantities of money and providing urgently needed sanctuary for folx who've fallen on hard times to survive until the government is willing to stop attacking them and instead provide homes. Find love for your fellow human in your heart and you'll realize that the existence of this sanctuary is a powerful statement of healing for our city and our community.
The camp of Unhoused people is a beautiful thing to see. Campers and less fortunate families getting free meals, continual donations of warm clothing and bedding. Residents cleaning the park... Treating the less fortunate like human beings. This is what community looks like. I hope we find homes for every one of these people. They've earned at least that
Loved it, Very nice park and was great too see the Anne Frank statue
Some place I always wanted to visit. Layed my poppy down, after rememberance day.
Cute little park just down from the farmers market
