I wish I could give them more stars! I went in today for my first appointment and I was greeted immediately by a friendly face. I had Gabby for the day and I cannot say enough nice things about her. She asked me questions about what I wanted, she was super informative of what she was doing to my hair every step of the way and she is extremely sweet. Gabby did such a wicked job and my hair looks AMAZING! By far the best salon experience I've ever had.

I've booked an appointment at Volume salon for the first time and did not really know what to expect. So I will share my experience with you. I was greeted by the staff, and offered a cold or warm beverage. After that Michelle introduced herself and asked me for the reason of my visit. Once that was explained, we went over to another seat where she shampooed my hair and also massaged my scalp. It was really relaxing, and I really liked the smell of the shampoo. We headed back to her station where I received a really nice haircut. MICHELLE was really friendly and knew what she was doing. I will definitely come back. 5 stars from me!

Amber was absolutely amazing!! I was hesitant to go to a new salon and stylist but Amber made me feel at ease and I left feeling completely happy with my cut! Thank you Amber!! 🤗🤗

It’s my first time to visit the Salon and I was treated very professionally. The staff are nice. And most of all I was happy of my look! Radi, you make me beautiful and it feels good, thank you. I’ve already booked my next appointment. Finally I’ve found a Salon for a perfect Do❤️ Merci
