would give a no stars if possible , worst experience for a Brazilian in my life. they were extremely rude and uncompassionate about the pain my friend had. also i didn't trust she would change the sticks in between clients so i did it myself when i was changing, and i was right. she didn't even know how to wax, applying it in the wrong direction and pulling it in the wrong direction. i hope this place gets shut down what a joke. absolutely disgusting.10/10 would NOT recommend.

Depends on which stylist you go to. Some are very good some are not.. Like a couple of days ago I went for a beard trim. The lady wasn’t even professional. She was on a call while trimming my beard. Did a half job and said we are done. It was uneven on both sides... Not very professional at all.. 😰

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews on this place. My experience was fantastic! Stylist had a pretty tough task of cleaning up what I would consider a mess of a hair cut from Great Clips, and did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! Took her time, talked me through the process of what she was thinking in terms of evening things out this time around and aiming for more of a proper hair cut next time once things grow out a little bit more. Will definitely be coming back!

Raj is a brilliant Stylist! She is a fabulous communicator. She really cherishes her activity and it appears! I cherish my new style. It’s a show stopper. I anticipate backpedaling to include some more features!
