I used to get my laser done at another place. My friend recommended that I try Nu-Look. I must say that my experience has been great and painless at Nu-look, not to mention their reasonable rates. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I really LIKE this place.

Every time I went there and had a good hair and beard cut but today I go there I get Worst haircut and also beard who didn’t now how to cut then why they let them cut I will never go back again there worst experience.

I waited 40 minutes to get my eyebrows threaded and when i finally got them done, one was squared and one was rounded. When i told the girl she messed them up she instead tried saying its my eyebrows that are just like that but as an eyebrow technician its her job to make them look similar not totally different. It was her mistake for trying to do my eyebrows in a span of 1 minute and i had told her she cut too much from the top on one of the eyebrows but she still thought she was right. This is the second time its happened and unfortunately both times she did my eyebrows because everyone else was busy. Terrible quality of service, regret going here and will never come back.
