Had waxing done here yesterday and the room was absolutely disgusting. There were stains all over the pillow and on the sheets of the bed. There was dents and holes in the wall. It was not very pleasant or spa like atmosphere or feeling. I would’ve turned around and left because the room felt so dirty if I wasn’t leaving on a trip today and have no other time or opportunity to get it done. My waxer was OK. She kept raving about her technique and how good she was and yet she left a few hairs behind... The whole thing was a little awkward. The only good thing was Lexi at the front. She’s an absolute joy to visit with and greets and says goodbye to customers very friendly! I took photos of the room. I don’t see were google will let you upload photos though.

Nice location! Mani/pedi done by Amanda was great. She is super helpful and I had a great experience with her while I was there. Gloria did my massage and she does a great job as well. Nice pressure and helped work out any tension spots. Both ladies were so nice! Recommend both of them!

I have to say Michelle is the best. I’m always happy with my hair. She is very knowledgeable about the products that are available at the store and what best suits my needs. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Came in for a massage after winning a gift certificate - it took them a while to find it in the system but the ladies at the desk, including the manager who came to help immediately, were very friendly and patient. Everything was resolved very quickly. The massage wasn't my favourite or the best I've had but the technician was friendly and professional. The massage room was clean and warm and I was able to be very relaxed. I would go back.

Naila is the absolute best eyebrow technician I have ever had thread my brows. Her attention to detail is immaculate. I have since gone back for other services and request for only her. If you want someone experienced and who will provide their absolute best service, book Naila. I cannot address enough how incredibly talented she is at what she does. WOW.
