The guy who "helped" me in the audio dept was extremely rude! Tried selling me more than I needed and of course gave me a quote only for what I needed not the extras he tried to throw in at the end! So naturally when the price was more than $100 higher than the quote I questioned why and quickly realized what he was trying to do. The ONLY reason I'm giving 3 *s is because the other guy in the same dept was friendly and extremely helpful.

Great experience, service and very good prices. Highly reccomend asking for Med to help you. Cant say enough good things about him. He is very knowledgable and helped me lots putting together my first home theater and any other electronics around the house!

On more then one occasion. I've gone in to purchase a product. They don't have what I need but try to sell me something I don't need. The sales person didn't really seem to know anything about the products he was trying to sell me. Be careful shopping here. Some sales persons might have knowledge of what they a selling but a majority don't have a clue

Great sales. Wide selection with many price ranges. Only negative is they might not have stock of everything. Most of the staff are very knowledgeable and passionate about electronics.
