Consistently great customer service. The hold is usually not longer than 2 minutes to speak with someone and staff are very patient and give useful information. Much like any government office, if you are prepared your experience will be good.

Too slow!!! They take forever to assist you with any paperwork!

Horrible schedules, especially for people with jobs. They only accept payment in USD and cash which is extremely inconvenient. They take way too long to do anything.

Horrible experience, people are so rude, I had to go there numerous times and take many days off of work to get the help I needed. People there have no idea what they are doing

I would give it a zero if I could. I called to get some information and it takes forever to get a-hold of someone. Not to mention when you do, you do not get all the information so I have to keep asking more questions to get a somewhat full answer. The phone directly is useless. Not to mention the address on the website and google maps don't match.
