New owner, new menu. Great customer service. Food is better than before, more authentic.

The food has gone down in quality. The sweet and sour shrimp had wong tong in it... and no ginger in the ginger and beef. Those aren't ginger

We came here quite awhile ago before Covid. The food was mediocre. Staff were nice though. The food was bland, and some of it was under cooked. The fried rice was ok though. Will be giving them another try soon hopefully.

Ok so this place got a makeover and all the people had changed. Food quality is improving and new items are amazing.

The food is ok, especially if you were craving fast food-like affordable Chinese food. Personally, I think the food is on the saltier side, but the portion sizes are good for the price you pay 1-2 servings per dish, depending on the person. Good for take out, eating solo, eating with small and large groups.

Although I would not find in, their food is excellent and tasty. In my opinion best in town. The portions are generous and I find the prices reasonable. Quality is great. Highly recommend and judging by the traffic New Years Eve I am not the only one who shares that view.

Phenomenal restaurant - been a regular for 15 years. The pad Thai is the best I’ve ever had but the general Tao chicken, beef and broccoli, and wonton soup are also incredible. The customer service is excellent and every time I visit the employees are kind, quick, and welcoming. Don’t understand the negative reviews because it’s truly my favourite in the city.

Very disappointed won’t order from there again. Is definitely not like the old vip.

Amazing service, quick delivery, great staff. The best Chinese restaurant in town, I've loved VIP for many years : I always get the general tao tofu and it's delicious every time.
