Chinese Palace

Pleasantly surprised by this place. We ordered the dinner for 3 and there was ample food for our family of 4 2 adults and 2 young children with some left over. The food was tasty without being oversalted. The only item I didn't particularly like was the eggroll. Will definitely order from here again,.

Awesome food! Best chicken balls I've had in Kingston! Honey Garlic ribs were excellent tasting and very meaty. Beef and Broccoli, Cantonese pork and were delicious!! Tasty Almond cookies!

Very nice and accommodating people. Unfortunately we didn't find the dinner for four take out very tasty. Had some very fatty pieces of chicken.

Ordered General Taos chicken, fried rice sweet-and-sour chicken balls chicken lo mein and egg rolls. General Taos chicken was Uneatable It was like eating beef jerky and didn’t have any flavor specially not a spicy flavor the chicken lo mein we had sorry no flavor whatsoever the chickens seemed very old and dried out, The fried rice seemed more like it was boiled rice and once again no flavor at all, now the chicken balls they were not bad eggrolls I was kind of weird ordered four of them one was pretty good oh yeah they’re three were like all shriveled up and did not taste good don’t understand why that would be. First time going there and definitely the last. Food is definitely not cooked with love or passion that’s for sure.

My family has been enjoying this wonderful place for 50yrs+. Amazing food, wonderful staff, cute & cozy inside very laid back atmosphere, I have taken my kids here as well as many friends they really enjoyed it and continue to go whenever we are in Kingston. My father still lives close by & I always get my chinese food fix everytime Im in Ktown my hometown that im only 1hr away from. I would highly reccomend this place

Had the general tao, fried rice, and chicken soo guy. General tao was soggy and everything was flavourless. We barely touched it as it was not good at all. Wouldn't go back again.

Horrible food. Horrible response to our complaint. $57.00 spent. Threw out all three of the main dishes. Here’s the sad tale: Yesterday April 16 ordered 2 won ton soup with noodles, and 3 main dishes house fried rice and two chicken dishes. The three main dishes were literally stinky. They smelled rank, and the rice and noodles were mushy. The soups were fine. I had a single bite of the fried rice and a taste of the chicken and vegetables and had to spit out the food. We threw out every dish. So, today I called and spoke to two staff members. The first one politely asked me to wait and got a not-very-pleased person who asked me what was the problem with the food. I told them that the smell was bad and the food was mushy and had a terrible taste - not at all fresh, veggies and chicken sticky and mucky. That my wife is still tasting the yuk, 24 hours later. They told me that the food was fresh and nothing wrong with it. To be fair, they offered to give us half off another $57.00. They said they’ve been there forty years and never had a problem. I’ve never known a business that had a perfect record every day for forty years. We will never be back to the Chinese Palace.

We hadn't ordered from here for quite a while, but did so last night. The food was really good! I had stopped ordering the Honey Garlic spareribs but decided to give them another try. So glad I did! Super meaty and yummy! Food was delivered hot and on time. We'll be doing the again for sure!s malware

This restaurant has THE BEST Chinese Food! I got some for New Years Eve, first time ever going there - of course they were super busy, but I totally understand why! Two thumbs up. Would absolutely recommend. Havent been for the Buffet service yet due to COVID-19 but ordered 2 "dinner for one" meals, great value and there was also plenty of food for seconds.
