Vimi Laser & Skincare Clinic

DO NOT GO HERE FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL! I had gone to Vimi spa in July 2017 where I was burnt during my session. The image attached was taken the day of my last session with them. The manager refused to provide me a refund even though I was left with burn scars which are still present today. Laser hair removal start off as monthly sessions for the first 4-5 months which progress into less frequent sessions. However the laser hair removal treatment was not effective at all at Vimi and I had to come for almost 9 consecutive monthly sessions. I am extremely disappointed with this service. Please look for a more experienced laser removal hair service and don’t waste your money here.

I came here to do my eyebrows and upper lip with my friends and they charged us more than $20. I would be willing to pay this amount if the service was amazing, however, it was the complete opposite. The girl who greeted us was extremely rude and both girls who helped us were in a rush to finish their job. They were so aggressive and I have multiple cuts on my face the day before I’m going to an event. They’ve constantly been increasing the prices and the service has just been getting worse and worse.

It is good place but I do not like the owner. She thinks she the boss for everyone and honestly whenever she is there I do not feel like doing anything.

Phoned to try and make an appointment today and I think that first impressions says a lot. When I phoned for more information about one of the services the receptionist answered in her car. The time was closer to 10:30 (half an hour after they opened) and she answered in her car. I'm still baffled. You lost a potentially new customer today. Not only is that extremely unsafe but how are you supposed to make appointments accordingly. Get an answer machine and handle this professionally if you want to be taken as a professional clinic In reply to the response I received. Please don't say this was a false accusation. This isn't something I just made up. Indeed I did get the number from your website and my statement stands the same. Change your website number to reflect that you have a landline because that is definitely not what I reached

I recently bought a hydrafacial for my girlfriend. I had a really good experience and was impressed by the owner and decided to get a facial done for myself. After coming here I kind of want to keep coming back. Would definately recommend this to anybody who has a girlfriend. She will love you after.
