Great Clips

Friendly staff , clean and professional. I like to check-in with the app, which is very convenient. The prices are a bit high and I don't receive coupons anymore , so I stopped going. There are several $8 places in the area I visit. I like this place and if I received coupons, will definitely go again.

My worst haircut a year ago was from this place I'm writing this review to warn other people so they don't get their hair ruined like mine was. The hairstylist was this shorter haired middle aged Indian woman and she was pretty rude as well, she cut my hair really blunt, like straight across at the front and was going to leave it until I mentioned to her to feather the hair more so it didn't look so bad. I also showed her a picture so I don't know how she messed my hair up so badly and cut off all my long hair... Then I said I don't need my blow dried and hairstyled and she said it was an additional cost so she didn't even dry it and it was in February and she sent me out of the salon with wet hair when I told her I just got back in the hospital with pneumonia so she didn't even blow dry my hair and she laughed about my hair when I left with another coworker. To think somebody who works in this industry doesn't even care about what the person wants for the well-being of the person and then laughs and walk that they shouldn't even be in this industry at all the worst haircut of my entire life she cut off 45 inches when I told her to cut off 1 to 2 inches she ruined my hair and it's finally just going out now. When I called customer service to complain they put me on hold for a really long time and I wasn't able to reach somebody then I tried to call back and they weren't available and he just sent me straight to voicemail honestly this company is probably the worst I don't seem to care about customer service and they just give you a really cheap haircut.. which is what it is but I expected it to at least be decent for a hair trim... not a chopping of all my hair into a messy so called style.

I visited here once when I was traveling. Is pretty nice. Barbers don't really talk. But they get the job done. But I still prefer my usual salon.
