Kathy Nails & Body Spa

Went in on Thursday of last week, lady was nice and they use real gel however, after 4 days (Monday), one of my nails fell off and the others looked as if I had my nails on for 2 weeks. I went back in to get them fixed and the lady i got this time refused to do things the way i wanted them done. She didnt shape the others to fix the new one she replaced, or cut my cuticles (which i even offered to pay for) and she also wanted to charge me for a refill to fix the nails that looked as though they were 2 weeks old. Two days after I got the nail replaced (Wednesday)and the rest of them "fixed", the same nail I got replaced fell off again as well as another two on the other hand. I will never return to this place ever again. I have gotten my nails done at other places and they have always stayed on for at least 3 weeks before I go for a refill. Absolute waste of money. I do not bang or play around with my nails at all. I am extremely disappointed. $65.00 down the drain would have been a better investment.

Friendly staff and quick service but quality of service can be improved. I had two different people working on hands and feet at the same time, and my pedicure was MUCH better than manicure.

They are conveniently located within walking distance of FreshCo, TD Bank, Shoppers, Babu and Esso in the Bur Oak and McCowan area. Their prices are competitive with ongoing market rates for mani+pedi. The service is efficient and the wait times are not long as they have numerous staff on duty, especially on weekends. $$
