LY Hair Salon

I was looking for salon around in this neighbourhood and they were all charging ridiculously high prices. Luckily, I came across this place, a very good salon and most importantly prices are reasonable. They also carry lots of hair treatment products, would be coming here for the next hair cut.

It was such a waste of my time! Scheduled an appointment for hair straightening treatment, was told it would be 3.5 hours. About halfway through, in the middle of my appointment while he was straightening my hair, he said he has to take another customer that has an appointment. To clarify, there's no product in my hair, he intentionally double booked in the middle of my appointment to have me just sit there. I asked him in trying to understand the reason I'm asked to sit and wait and he took the towel and cape off me and told me if I didn't want to wait to just leave. The worst hair cut experience so far, they didn't dry my hair and put wax on, I was asking her wtf Less than 10 mins she finished and she keeps saying she got a client after, meanwhile doing mess on my head??? Why you got a client soon and still wants to rub my money? Mean and Rude woman, only behaved nice when I took the cash out. REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE Save your time and money please.

Be careful. The hair stylists do not honour bookings or appointments. Very disappointed with a booking made, and been rejected by the guy over there. Didn't showm me the booking book, and denied confirm. Very disappointed with this poor customer service.

I have been getting my hair cut by Connie for years. She is absolutely wonderful and talented.

Good haircuts for a good price. I prefer Sam, but have gotten good cuts from Connie in the past as well. It's not a high end barber shop or salon, but if you just need a basic cut and aren't too particular then this is a good place instead of paying nearly double elsewhere.

Sam is great but the woman who works there always has bad attitude and doesn't do a good job. I asked to book a haircut with Sam and she hung up on me after I asked "Is tomorrow a good day with Sam." She also messed up my hair one day before my graduation. Go here but only for Sam.Service: Hairstyling

Connie was so nice and efficient. I showed her a picture of the hair style I want and she worked with me to make it better suit me.
