Terrible Place. Would not recommend. After I had been multiple times for the same service and charged the same price I went in for my trim a few weeks later and they tripled (yes triple) the price. When I confronted them about it they did not budge and just said it increased. On top of that they didn't even do a good job.

I'm extremely happy with my experience. Staff is very friendly and professional. Cindy is Amazing. My mom and I both got full highlights and got hair cuts. My mom has short medium length hair and I've huge curly hair (relatively difficult to work with). We were both extremely satisfied with our experience at the salon, so much so that we've been going back and have changed our stylists of over 9 years for Cindy.

purchase voucher from Groupon. they only mention there might be extra charge on long hair. my hair is about shouder length which is $15 extra. and they charge $35 . to tone my hair. hidden fee that they should let costumer know ahead of time. and hair cut was no cut. i look the same as i walk in. she cut nothing. dont waste your money. i will rate them 0 star if i can . NOT PROFESSIONAL . Don't waste money please !!!!!!

is the worst hair salon you can go to. They offer promtion on Groupon . But they will charge extra. and Groupon cant refund any voucher. so you end up paying a lot more . is just a scam. And they do such a poor job. they said one thing and they do something else. please dont go there. if you are willing to paid $120 for a hair cut. there is a lot of option in Markham. don't worth it. waste $120 for nothing.

It was an amazing experience....Sherry is very good at her work and her recommendations of color and look is worth considering...would certainly go again
