I tried to book my ultrasound at several hospitals, which was a very frustrating experience. My doctor told me about this clinic. After they faxed over my referral. I called and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted right away with a voice and not a bunch of answering machines. I called on a Friday, they booked me for the following Monday ( I had to ask twice because the other places told me 3 months wait). At my appointment, I waited less than 1 minute until I was called in. The technician was a wonderful lady, kind, gentle and we even shared a few laughs. The icing on the cake is the results are guaranteed in 5 business days. The hospitals said months for the results. I can honestly say I actually enjoyed my time there!

Terrible place! Don't waste your time going there . They never sent us the blood test results and very disorganized staff.

This place would be better if it was run by monkeys. The receptionist is nice and polite but their way of working is very dangerous. Never were the ultrasounds sent to the doctor. What's the point of paying when they cant send them???? Horrible stay away. Same with the so called Dr Hassan connected to this clinic, leeches, money grabbers.

They do not care pass results on time or early to reduce patients stress.

I went here for the Travel Medicine service, and I had an appointment, but despite this they kept me waiting for 30 mins. After that, it turned out that they didn't have all the vaccines I needed for my trip to Asia. Consequently, if you are looking to use the travel medicine service, it wasn't that good - go elsewhere where it's more specialized so that you can get everything in one go!
