Don't waste your time. Went in person on Oct 24 and booked an appointment for a fitting. Was told Nov 4, 9am and put it in my calendar while still standing at the front desk. Show up today and was told I have no appointment. The receptionist is tapping the screen saying it was on Nov 3 and I missed the appointment. No phone call or e-mails to confirm the appointment or advise of the missed appointment even though she called me 2 minutes after I had made the appointment to ask for an e-mail address? Re-arranged my work day and kid drop offs to drive 30 mins for this appointment to be told condescendingly I missed my appointment while the receptionist taps the screen. Then she tells me it's ok I will just have to wait, no apology for the error at all. That is when I asked for my prescription back and left.
Talk about incompetence! We were there for an elbow sling and Mr. Rachid Gadiri spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to put the sling on while reading the instruction manual. At some point I found a video on YouTube to show Mr. Gadiri the proper way to install it. He then fiddled with the sling and knocked the fractured elbow at exactly where it`s broken. No apology whatsoever. If I could give zero star I would!
Quality of store items is very poor! And no refunds once the item has left the store! I will NOT be purchasing anything else through Medicus! Horrible customer services! I highly recommend you find an alternative supplier for your medical needs!

Mr Rachid Gadiri was absolutely amazing. I did not know I needed an appointment because the pharmacy referred me to this place, but Mr Gadiri was so kind to fit me in before his next appointment. He did not rush, but took the time to measure my leg and foot for compression socks due to varicose veins on my left leg. He took the time to explain how even if o get a surgery to remove the vein, o should consider wearing the compression socks afterwards, given my body will have to compensation with my blood circulating in through another vein. I also have a unusual arch in my foot and he therefore gave me some great tips as to what to look for when purchasing running shoes to assure one leg is not carrying all the weight when walking or jogging. In addition, Sarah at reception with extremely kind a d also took the time to explain how to wash my socks and to assure I put my bill in my income tax return. I highly recommend this team!
