I went for two issues. First appt. went well. I had no issues after the filling. Second time, I went to my appt. at 4:00, she showed up 1 hour and 20 minutes late, with no apology, no acknowledgment that she was late at all. She then fixed a back molar that was cracked by filling it. Before the procedure, I was not in any pain at all, despite my tooth being broken. I was also quoted $265. As she was drilling at my tooth to prepare it for the filling, she broke another part of my tooth, which lodged into my gum, causing me pain. Once she pulled it out, she showed the little piece to me and told me that it's now $345...but she was the one that broke that part of my tooth. I was unhappy, but what could I do She then proceeded to fill the tooth, but told me I would need penicillin because she couldn't assure me that I wouldn't have an infection from what she did. The pharmacist where I had the prescription filled, did not understand why she would do this, but I took the prescription as required. The first three days after she did this work, I was in pain. I was instructed not to eat on that side for 2 days and to wear a mouth guard, which I did faithfully. On the 3rd day I tried to eat food and immediately felt pain in my tooth. It took about two weeks for me to get another appt with them, to which I was told more than once that she would fix it for free. I went back, she then tried to blame me and an upper tooth for the issue that I was having and called my tooth a "food trap", and that there was nothing she could do for me except order me mouth guards, which of course means more money. She said to me that my tooth now had an infection and it was basically my fault for grinding my teeth and my upper tooth acting as a "hammer". Which is total b.s. She just didn't fix it correctly and is trying to shift the blame to me. She then let slip that she knew it was going to break again because of my upper tooth. If that is true she should have rectified the situation the first time I was there. Her solution was to file down my upper and lower teeth and told me to call her back if I was still experiencing pain...which I am. This costly procedure left me in pain that I wasn't in when the tooth was just broken cleanly and now I have to somehow find the money to see a professional dentist to correct her mistake. Not only am I left with a tooth I cannot bite down on, but an infection that is not going away. To top it all off with, when I was paying the bill for this tooth, she got into a screaming match with my husband, over her tardiness...which she STILL did not apologize for. She told him "the customer isn't always right", to which he never said we were. Our time is just as valuable as hers. I very much regret not listening to other negative reviews about her. I only wanted to believe the good. Never again!!! So, now I have to add, that I called her office back today as instructed to tell them that the tooth still hurts and that I would find someone else to fix what she messed up. Her mother, tried to blame me for not following instructions, which is a lie She started yelling at me, to which I started yelling back, and ended up hanging up on her. She then calls me back on a blocked line (which went to voicemail) to yell at me again for being "rude". I then called back to say "are you kidding me? I already said I was going to someone else?". She ended up yelling. I hung up again. Then the dentist calls me back to say she's pressing charges against me and my husband, although they were the ones calling me to harass me. I called the police myself to file against her, only to find out she's lying, that she couldn't press charges for a couple of phone calls. The least I can do is warn people about what type of person she is as a dentist.

My wife went to her to fix a broken tooth the dentist and her assistant/mother were so unprofessional screaming at each other and constantly looking for tools! Our appointment was at 1pm she only took us at 4pm!
So the doctor told us it would be 218$ after she finished it was almost 500$ and she didn't even fill it properly my wife was in pain for a week before we went back to get her to fix it which she tried to charge us again!
Worst dentist ever so unprofessional worst experience ever

Can't be trusted, does not provide correct diagnosis. Does not monitor staff when she has staff. Never punctual. Will ruin your teeth. Toxic relationship with mother / secretary. Simply unprofessional.

It's not a good place the people look lost. Made me wait there an hour and than I gave up and left. Very unproffessional.
