Probably the most frustrated I’ve been when dealing with the health care system in Quebec. While I understand that there is probably a significant amount of clients needing service, the customer service has been terrible. Hours of wait time on the phone just to try get in contact with someone, every email I’ve sent has been unanswered, results were supposed to be uploaded on the portal but were mailed to me instead weeks later after my initial appointment. Just dissatisfied with the process and how complicated it has been to get in contact to request more information on the status of your appointments.
