Lice crew is an awesome business. There staff are professional, thorough and so nice. Super helpful. Totally recommend if your not sure if you have lice or any family members. 👍

The staff are so patient and kind. They were knowledgeable and very good at calming my nerves. They did a thorough check of the students and staff at my daycare and made the parents very happy. (Full disclosure: I wrote this review a while back and was so blown away by the company, I am now employed by them!)

Amazing company...friendly and experienced staff. All is explained to parents while child is being treated and distracted by fun movies snacks and toys. Prices are reasonable and results are relieving. Parents arrive in a crisis and leave equipped, educated and lice free!!!

to be honest, I'd rather go to a clinic with better reputation than here. I've looked around for the treatment to my two daughters and the lice crew doesn't really offer anything substantially different than the competition. Furthermore, I wasn't too impressed by the customer service everyone seems to brag about. Maybe I was unlucky. You guys have a great website though, but in essence it's all pretty much the same in terms of treatment options offered. No revolution there. In the end, I was pleasantly surprized to find an affiliate to the clinics of america here in Montreal, I knew them well back in the States and I ended up opting for them in the end. They have a patented machine, that fixes the problem really effectively. Anywho. I left a comment because there are so many positive reviews that really don't reflect my experience. We called TLC in a panic when we discovered our 6yr old had lice for the first time. They took us in right away and was given excellent service. They answered all our questions and we will definitely be back if it happens again! Would recommend that all schools and daycares use them for annual checks. Thanks TLC for your help!
