I was a Healthcare Communicator/Inside Sales Representative with Ashfield for 4 months. Working at Ashfield has been an amazing and eye-opening experience. It is a great way for people to be introduced into the world of pharmaceuticals, as well as for experienced professionals who are looking to grow their career. My managers and the executive team are exceptionally supportive and have been mentors to me since day-one. I will undoubtedly take the tools and skills they've taught me into any role I fulfill in the future. They also create a sense of belonging and ensure I felt like a part of the Ashfield family from my first day on the job. I think anyone who is looking for a career in pharmaceuticals should consider Ashfield in their decisions, as I will definitely consider them again in the future, too.

Working at Ashfield was a great opportunity to learn more about various therapeutic areas and products within the pharmaceutical space. While I was working at Ashfield, I enjoyed and appreciated the opportunities I had within the contact center business healthcare communicator as well as supporting the business development team B2B selling. This organization offers great pharmaceutical services and it was a pleasure to work with diverse colleagues in the various business units. During my time here, I learned a lot about innovative sales and marketing strategies directly from Ashfield experts and pharmaceutical clients. Great place to work if you are interested in the pharmaceutical industry and would like to gain professional experience in a fast paced environment. Highly recommend!

I don’t know who to blame, the company or the recruiter. I had an interview canceled and re-appointed exactly 5 times within the same week and the woman would just ignore and reschedule until she just completely canceled it . She wouldn’t even give a heads up I would expect a call and nothing . I won’t even mention her name because I don’t want to cause her problems, but seriously keep up with schedules or at least let us know in advance you’re canceling. Super unprofessional and I’m so disappointed. I was really looking forward to this .

I reached out to Ashfield Healthcare at the beginning of the pandemic to support my sales team and I can only say great things about the quality of the people I have interacted with. I felt they were sincerely listening to my team's needs and adapted their offering accordingly. I highly recommend their services.

Be careful when getting recruited to work as Customer service representative, they are not organized. Speaking from personal experience, I was hired they told me that to start off I would be working on 2 projects, then it changed to 3, then 4. At one point I was being trained on 4 or 5 projects at once. By far my worst experience.
