Venus Cleaners

Had a great experience with Venus Dry Cleaners. Owner was friendly and turnaround time was reasonable. Prices were very fair as other dry cleaners in South Surrey were charging almost double. Venus Cleaners did a wonderful job cleaning my duvet and several blazers. Very satisfied with cleaning job, especially with the old duvet which seemed it would never get white again. Had previously taken that same duvet to another dry cleaners and assumed the results were as good as it got. Venus Cleaners far surpassed those previous results. I am now a loyal customer. THANK YOU!

Venus Cleaners is great. Decent prices, they work fast and they're very friendly there. I don't even live near by anymore and I still come here.

Where to start..... Terrible service, Typical Asain family ran business, Usually this would be a good thing but in this case its terrible. Owner allows children to make noise and run around the store during business hours banging on a bucket and screaming. Now to the actual service they give. The place is always busy when I have been there because the local RCMP detachment and other local business's get their uniforms cleaned here I'm not sure why. Brought them a simple stain on a jacket and it wasn't removed even though I was charged. Decided to mention it to the owner and I got a rude look but she said she would take care of it for no charge this time, but I would have to return the next day. I returned the next day and picked up the coat with the same stain. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Take your business else where if you want something cleaned by a PROFESSIONAL
