Friendly, professional and straight up great at what they do!! I've been taking my dry cleaning here since I moved back to the area 3 years ago and I'm never disappointed! I had alterations done on a skirt suit and they did a fantastic job, tailored to me as well as the pattern on the skirt! Attention to detail and great turn around times for a great price! They even get to know you by name - that's owners that care about their customers!!

Friendly staff, excellent customer service and good prices. Good turn around times and will accommodate rush orders with no problem. That's why I have used their services for over 5 years.

Have been going to Arbutus Cleaners for a very long time when the owner Wajahat told me that he had another location in Morgan Creek which is closer to home. I was relieved because that meant I did not have to find a new cleaner, especially since I trust Arbutus with my day to day attire. The service is exceptional and have great tailors working there for all my alteration needs.

Unprofessional service. I dropped off a $2000 jacket, twice that they were unable to clean. The second time I went to pick up my jacket they still had the yellow stain stickers they put on so that the 3rd party service that cleans could see where to clean. So this mean that even the second time they were not thorough in their efforts. The attendant told me that it was a stain and could not be removed. When in fact i rubbed it off with my own finger. I paid $50 to have my jacket dry cleaned and it is not clean. No refund offered, no apology. I will NEVER use this again and I own a business in the area and will tell all of my staff and clients not to use this place. 0 stars is what I want to rate.
