Venue West did a fantastic, extremely professional job in organising the International Urban Forestry Conference 2018. I have worked with several conference organisers over the years, in many different countries, and Venue West has by far been the best. No task was too much for them, and we could always feel confident that they would take care of things.
In Attending the International Urban Forestry Council I found venue west staff to be very short and in some cases even rude. Field trips were scheduled to take place on the second day. I was signed up through email by venue west and upon finding out that I was not registered for a field trip they were unwilling to accommodate or help me find another solution. I was told flat out that there was nothing they could do. Poor customer service in my experience.
