From cutting edge contemporary works to the rich traditions of dances from diverse cultures, The Dance Centre is dedicated to the development of the art of dance in British Columbia.
We offer public performances and events as well as resources and programs supporting the professional development of dance creators.

A creative hub for Vancouver dance. From professional to beginner, this facility has something to offer. Provides outstanding support for its members and the dance community locally, nationally and internationally. Beautiful spaces to dance in.
It’s a beautiful purpose built artistic hub!
I go to Debbie Lee Dance to learn proper ballet technique. One of the only instructors I've found that will teach adults and correct them with proper alignment. If you aren't doing it right, she will tell you. Definitely not your go-to fitness class, but a class to learn real ballet with proper technique and alignment.
Great dance rehearsal studios. Building is newer with good floors and facilities. Thanks you Scotiabank for supporting the dance community.
This is a good place to find awesome classes.
Went to the Dance Center this evening and enjoyed a hour and a half of yoga through HIM. The space looks modern, clean and well maintained. I've also attended theatrical events here and even the theatre space is accommodating.
I love the class I do at this space but I wish they had air-conditioning. And maybe a water fountain that provided cold water. Perchance to dream...
Best place to practice dance, my friend group has been going here for about a year now, we love it. Friendly personable staff as well!
