Bought a gold nose ring $50, with a huge stem, the owner/jeweler advised me to try it out and if it doesn't fit, to come back and he would make a smaller stem- amazing gesture, I was happy and went on my way. I really tried to work the large stem into my piercing which really didn't work, instead the piercing got infected (bcuz of all the irritation) so I went back to the store and the owner said he'd fix it for me. the owner said he'd call me once it was fixed. Ok- a few weeks went by, no call. I stopped into the store a few weeks after, and the owner basically forgot about it and in fact lost it. He said he would find it and call me. OK, I let it go bcuz he was doing a nice gesture. But that was 4 years ago! I have not heard from him and quite frankly I can't even fight with him for $50. I think he lost the nose ring and instead of owning up to it and saying, hey, heres a replacement, he basically took my money and forgot about me. Thanks man! Great service 😒

Had a third class experience. dont even think of going there unless you want to get yourself robbed, just fix 2 point of my gold bracelet he charged 50$. My rhodium plating is gone and above all he he polished it without my consent.
