No return for REFUND!!!! Beware of all the fake reviews!!! The sales will trick you and play the word! So my friend brought me a gift from here. She was not sure if I like it or not, so she asked the sale if its ok to return, and that women said was yes ,no problem for returning. Unfortunately, I didn't like the gift or anything from the store, so we decide to go back and return it. Guess what, NO RETURN FOR REFUND! only exchange. What the store staff said was they would never lie to their customer about no refund. WOW, I was amazed how the sale women tricked my friend so much by playing the word! We were so upset about this, and the manager did not even trying to do anything, good job, and keep it up. I mean your store will not only lose our respect but we are so disgusted by your EXCELLENT SKILLS! Nor myself or my friend will ever shop there again, and I will make sure to spread my word of your excellency! WAIT.FOR.IT.

Just want to shout out to Kathy! I recently purchased an engagement ring with her and it was the perfect experience. I went in a couple of times to do research and she was honest, open, transparent, friendly and didn't at all push me to make a purchase when I wasn't ready. Any future jewellery gifts I will be purchasing will be through her. Also wanted to say Monique the store manager was extremely helpful as well :) if you're looking for an experience, the staff st European jewellery will certainly give you one!

I went to European Jewellery to window shop at first, but for me it was the last stop for buying my lovely fiancé her engagement ring. Staff here specially Kathy was amazing and reminded me of my granma, she was very sweet and helped me picked the best ring I could afford at that time. She gave me very good suggestions and I ended up taking her advise. In return I got a ring that is excellent in quality and at the same time well within my budget. Couldn't get a better ring than that. Everyone in the store was very helpful and is there to help you. I strongly recommend anyone to visit this place and you will not be disappointed. And will keep your Woman happy after you get a good ring. All the best to Kathy 😊 PS: she said yes 🐧👸🏻

I had such great experience at this location. The management and employees were very helpful . I visited the location to fix my wedding ring, not only they fix it within 15 minutes, I wasnt even charged. They simply thanked me for visiting them.
