These people are absolutely pathetic. I asked them what they would offer for the jewelry I brought in. They kept asking me how much I want for it. I told them that I have taken it to another shop to get a quotation. These people wanted to know what other store offered me before they tell me what they would offer. The other store has been in business much longer then these guys and they offered me $2400. All these guys offered me was $200 to 300. I hope no one goes to these clowns to sell their jewelry.

I took my gold there to sell.. it was my second time going.. the first experience was okay but this time I felt like they completly took advantage of me.. especially when I sent them an email the DAY AFTER telling them that I had changed my mind on 1 of the items I sold them and wanted to buy it back from them..  they NEVER responded to my email or called me which I requested they do. You can't tell me they didn't get the email as I sent 1 directly from their "contact us" page on their website and 1 from my personal email... they completly take advantage of people who need the money. Also they do not weigh the gold in front of you.. they take it behind the counter with their backs to you and weigh it and DO NOT tell you the weight..  they are HUGE SCAMMERS!!! I will regret selling my ring to them for the rest of my life... I have cried everyday for the last week. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!! PLEASE!!!

BE WARNED, Don't take your jewelry hear, they try to get your stuff for free.. Sad...This place is the worst...

I have never in my life encountered such wonderful people full of smiles and expertise. They produced such beautiful wedding bands and my engagement ring and the compliments I get everyday are astonishing. Their prices can't be beat and their quality cannot be matched. I highly recommend you pay them a visit! Thanks again guys you made us more happy than I can express in words!
