Birks

Bought a what i though a very decent Birks watch years ago and with the purchase came the guarantee of battery replacement and good service... Went there a few days ago; got greeted by a young man who seems to believe is running the place, told me that battery is 2 weeks as they need to ship it to Montreal.... If I walk to Montreal and back to Toronto, it will be faster than that... and now, there is is fee for Birks watch battery. Well... I'm out. Been buying jewelries at Birks for decades and will be glad to bring my business to Tiffany moving forward.

I was very pleased with the watch collection in this location. I also would like to recommend one of their employees named Brandon. He's very knowledgeable and looks out for his customers' interests. Sold me on a gold chain with a diamond pendant and has taken care of me. Great representation of what Birks is all about. I will be returning.

I miss the old staff before the new location. They were way friendlier and more knowledgable. My hubby and I used to shop there frequently but after the new location opened w new staff we've opted to go else where . Pretty sad.
