I recently visited Alex & Ani at their Square One location as I needed to exchange a gift I received for Christmas. This was my first time visiting Alex and Ani. They have cute jewellery, but I will have to rate their customer service as a 1/5. There were about 4-5 customers in the store and 2 sales associates, who didn’t seem to care as much to make their sales. They were chit-chatting near the cash desk and they took too long to approach customers/me. I had to constantly ask what the prices were as most of the items did not have price tags on them. One of the girls seemed to have an attitude whenever asked for help. I am surprised for a store like Alex & Ani who are located in the “luxury” section of the mall to have such awful customer service. Maybe there are other employees who work there who are better, but the two girls who were working that day they wasted my time in giving me the wrong price for the gift to which they did not apologize or seemed to care to help me find anything else...I probably would get better customer service if I went to Walmart.

What a nice staff ! Great people great products I don't like square one becaues it's so bussy but I will go out of my way to go to that store how nice the people are .. and helpful understanding and it's affordable stuff great store !!!! Excellent experience
