I am very pleased with the engagement ring that I bought from Thamor. It was exactly what I was looking for and I’ve been searching everywhere for a while. Arjun explained to me everything about the specs of a diamond. He told me the differences of the colour and the clarity and the cut, which was very helpful for me. His brother helped me find the ring for a very good price. I recommend them for all your engagement and all your gold needs. This is not my first time that I bought from them and I’m very satisfied.

I really like how the staff has so much patience assisting me getting a pair of earrings for my little baby. Very reasonable price for 22k simple gold for my baby. They have lots of other options for high quality of gold.

Very sincere organization but has very steep stairs for people like me with knee issues. I suggest they get a stairlift, as they cater to senior citizens a lot. Uiu may want to stay clear of one employee, Steve.

I had a wonderful experience with Thamor exchange. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions on exchange rates. Their user friendly app was a breeze to use. They have me the best possible competitive rate for the money exchange. Moreover the money was deposited into my account in less than 48 hours. Everything was done remotely and smoothly. I will definitely go back to them for my exchange needs next time. I would give them a seven star for the services if possible!
Terrible service and product quality. The salesman made several rude comments about my girlfriend and made her so uncomfortable she had to leave while I tried to get my money back. I wouldn't step foot in here again if they were giving jewelry away for free.
My family member and I were very happy with the service. When we explained our preferences, the staff member immediately understood and presented us with the appropriate options in a timely manner. Very happy with our earrings and my nose stud. Looking forward to coming back here in the future! :
Bad customer service. The jewelers there are bad at their craft. The item that I got repaired was done very poorly. I think they are just gold sales people not jewelers.
