VanSpall's No Frills

One of the few grocery stores that had dedicated staffing to cleaning shopping carts back then during COVID-19. This store's staff had a unique strategy of telling customers to clean after other people's garbage instead of cleaning the carts herself. Shockingly rude and unsanitary. Baskets were scarce and often can only be found at checkouts instead of at the entrance.nnYears later now this store is generally pleasant to shop in. Shopping carts are clean and baskets are widely available. Self checkouts do open late and close early due to staffing.

This is a solid no frills. Well stocked, clean and well organized. The produce isn't the best as with most chain grocery stores but garden basket is directly across the parking lot. You'd be best served to buy staples and non perishables here and produce at GB. Also - just an FYI, the ice cream selection here is phenomenal.

Large No Frills location that carries all the products you would expect, including No Name and President's Choice brands. They have a butcher and pharmacy at this location. There's a McDonald's located at this same plaza. Note that prices can vary depending on the No Frills you go to

I hope I could give a -5 if I could, the lady cashier Rachhpal was so rude! I went to the store with my neighbor this morning. They give away free chocolates as appreciate to each clients which seems like a good thing, but the cashier was very rude treat me and my neighbor as a family just because we talk to each other which is so embarrassing. I hope today there was no free chocolates giving at all!!! It totally ruined my Saturday morning! Can not believe no frill have such rude and discriminate employeeI will keep head office noticed that your appreciation day was ruined by having such employees!

The dates are considered essential for Iftar during the holy month of Ramadan, as they quickly replenish energy and provide a calorie boost to the body. However, they are also considered affordable. we gather for Iftar about twice a week. I bought dates three weeks ago for $9, which was the same price as Freshco at that time. The price at the store then increased to $11.99, and yesterday it went up to $13.99. This significant price hike within three weeks, while FreshCo still offers them for $9, feels like taking advantage of the increased demand during this month and exploiting customers.
