M&M Food Market

This was my first and only time I will ever shop at any M&M Food Market. Bought some different kinds of chicken and while there a young woman kept giving me the wrong thing I wanted. Like for example I had asked for chicken nuggets and the young woman gave me a box of chicken strips or even chicken breast. I had asked for 12 of those single serve chicken breasts that have filling inside and i couldn't remember which one it was but I did mention it was breaded. Young woman who shouldn't be working there told me "Sir we don't sell anymore of that stuffed chicken breast. Stupid me I should've pressed her and said of course you still sell it as it's listed in the flyer. I wasted my money on non breaded Stuffed Chicken Breast and guess what? It was terrible that the frozen ones I haven't opened yet I threw in the garbage. Thanks for not only ruining my New Years but everyone elses that these stuffed chicken breasts were for. We ended up ordering in Swiss Chalet for dinner. Overall this place is terrible and should get rid of that "young woman" who is going around giving false info on what they sell or don't sell.

Terrible customer service. I bought something for my mother, which was the wrong product. I came back to exchange it the next day for the right product. I had my receipt. The gentleman (said he was the manager or owner, wouldn't even clarify) totally brushed me off. The owner is extremely rude. He did not provide an exclamation as to why, just kept saying "no". And walked away from me at during the interaction like I didn't exist. Also very embarrassing in front of the other clients. Never been so disrespected in my life. I'm not spending anymore money at M&Ms. You need more coaching for your management and staff in regards to customer inquiries. I can't stress how terrible my experience was here. If I could give it no stars I would but unfortunately that's not an option

Great place yo get wonderful frozen meals. Everything from Pork Tenderlion to Quiche. Lots to choose from with easy prep. I was served by Niel who was very helpful and knew about all the products. Wish we had this chain in California.

The service here is consistently efficient and friendly. The product offering is typical of any M&M and I especially like their ready made soups and pies. The interior is clean, tidy and well stocked.
