Vanhi Nails Salon

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! My 13 year old daughter and her friend went to have their nails done today. My daughters nails did not come out as she had wanted as the pink they chose for her ended up looking like a hot pink. She had brought a picture of a very light pink classy look and they said they would be able to match it. When my daughter asked if he could please change it to better reflect the look she had wanted, one of the other nail ladies actually STUCK HER MIDDLE FINGER UP TO MY DAUGHTER "underneath" the table to the guy doing her nails!!!! The two of them then we're smirking. She thought she had hidden it by doing this under the table out of my daughters view, however she did not, as my daughters friend watched the entire thing unfold from the side. My daughters friend nervously started laughing, and the man doing my daughters nails said to her "what did you see???" And she replied with "nothing" as she was so embarrased. On top of doing a bad job, and having no selection of colours, this absolute unprofessional and blatant disrespect for my daughter really has me upset. I will be seeing about filing a complaint with the Ontario Better Business Bureau!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Nail salons are suppose to be relaxing and it was far from relaxing, I got a fill and he cut all my fingers with the drill, he was rushing the whole thing, went on his cell phone half way through, and he missed some steps to a proper fill, never going back, and the fill it’s basically the same price as a full set.

II have been here twice, First time I asked for airbrush nails but it was such a pain asking if they could actually do it, the girl had to ask around until someone said that they could do it. I liked the end result despite the service so I decided to come again right before my trip, this time I brought a picture of the nails I wanted and I picked out the colour. I kept explaining that I wanted pink instead of the green that was in the picture and she totally didn’t get it and she had to start over and then she couldn’t even do the arrow like in the picture and so she just made 2 lines. I was very very dissapointed. Then she ended up charging for the “design” which was 2 lines…. I will never come here again and I will tell everyone I know not to come here.

Have been going to this salon for almost a year and I love it. Everyone is very friendly. My nails are always done perfectly and they always take the time to ensure you are happy.

I had an ok experience considering I was with my two young children. The lady that did my manicure and pedicure was very patient but was very rough on my hands and feet. Made me bleed a few times. Other wise all right I guess, but I won't be returning!
