Never going to go there again. I went to get my hair done. I wanted streaks on the ends of my haie and my hair is long. So this one girl was working there who had pretty hair and had a nice balyash done so I said I wanted that and the girl said we can make ur haie exactly like here. So she started to bleach my haie and she put the bleach only like almost 3cm away from my roots when I only wanted it from the bottoms and on the back of my head where I couldn't see, she did it all the way up to the roots. And she didn't even blend in any colour it was just that caramel blonde colour all over and the treatment was $160. Then she washed and started to blow dry and my hair was poofy and all over and I looked like a monster. I got really mad at her and even the manager of the salon came and told the girl who did my hair that she did not do it right and we were also right. So she added a tone to mix some colours in it and it still wasn't good. And I only wanted it in the bottoms and it was right at the roots. Anyone could have done that special "balyash" treatment at home. We will never go back there.

Horrible! The stylist cut off all of our son's hair despite showing her what he wanted (longer on top). There is no hair left to work with or style. The hair salon does NOT issue refunds no matter what the circumstances are but will give you your next haircut free even though the child who had his hair destroyed and stayed home from school due to embarrassment had a bad experience there. Is $16 really worth it Magic Cuts? We don't want to go back there but are being forced if we want some type of resolve. In addition, the woman cutting our son's hair couldn't speak English and told me she cut his hair on top shorter because his hair is puffy. That was NOT her decision to make---it was ours. If you want to get revenge on someone, get their haircut here with the same stylist we had.

I've been taking my family here for over 5 years. We've never had a problem with service, though sometimes there's a wait for a cut if you haven't booked ahead. They've also recently implemented a loyalty program (get 7 cuts, 8th is free). They also do a decent highlight job.

Staff is friendly. Salon is always clean. Always happy when I leave.

Very unhappy with the hair cuts my son's got we will never go there again!!!!
