Best service I've ever experienced at a salon! Angie let me know yesterday that she was pretty busy but sceduled me in in all her empty slots and promised we'd get my hair taken care of. When I got here instantly the whole team was helping. They had to remove my tape in extensions , wash and treat them and my natural hair, lighten my roots and colour correct the banding that was in my ends, wash hair, reapply my tape ins, and style. Total was $350+ tax. I tipped them well and can happily say I'll never go anywhere else. On top of their amazing skill level they were extremely hospitable, constantly offering coffee/tea/french vanilla/water to both me and my husband.

The staff at Frenzi is amazing. Trina is my regular stylist. If she's not available, I love that I can trust any other member of the team with my hair. Great quality, great prices, great service.

Went and watched my granddaughter get her hair all cut off. The girl did a wonderful job my granddaughter was extremely happy.

The staff are all very personable and kind, the environment was great. Unfortunately, I coloured my curly hair here a few weeks ago and my hair has started to break off and is incredibly damaged. Also, the purpose of me colouring my hair was to match my extensions. However, my hair is much darker than my extension and it has never been this damaged before. Under their suggestion, I got a treatment about a week later but this only made it worse with lots more of my hair falling out. This has never happened to me before, and I am really disappointed because the hair dressers made it seem like they were knowledgeable about curly hair and I paid a lot of money for all these services.Services: Hair coloring

Worst service you can get here. Look I went for to get my eyebrows waxed and they burned my skin off. I would not recommend this place at all, if you still want to go then good luck to you eh.

Love the place. Paula has always done a great job. She's very pleasant, caring and takes her time but can sense when I'm in a bit of a rush :. Never had a bad haircut and she listens to what I want. Great staff as well.Service: Hairstyling
