I’ve been here before and had decent experiences years ago but this last time was just so rushed and done so poorly. The girl who did my nails was rough as hell and cut my cuticles, shaved down my actual nail until it hurt and applied my tips as quickly as she could which resulted in sloppy results. My nails look ridiculous and I feel so embarrassed and can’t afford to get them removed and redone at the moment. Some staff is very nice, some staff is really cold. My nails are pointing upward instead of laying flat. I wish she just put a little more effort in. Also, my acrylics are so thick and I hate when they look so bulky like this. Disappointed in the service but atleast the dog was cute. But all in all, I could have done a better job myself at home. I had a much better experience at the nail place in the mall. My nails are incredibly crooked and just so extremely let down.

Inconsistent unfortunately... I used to come here often for just a shellac application. Sometimes it has been done well and lasted, other times it has started to peel or chip. My recent experience wasn't great: I had a 2pm appointment for shellac and waited until after 2:30 for someone to become available. The shellac started to chip next day. I decided to just file my nails down and live with it, but they continued to chip more. I then booked an appointment for a fix they have done this before for free. The lady saw me right away and confirmed all my nails needed to be re-done. I then agreed to try the bio gel instead for it's durability. No one told me the cost, so I thought it might be free due to the inconvenience or at least discounted. I was disappointed to be charged full-price for a bio gel set when I was done, considering I had just paid for shellac a week prior in 2-weeks I have paid about $100 for simple solid black nails. They only "discount" I received was no change to remove the faulty shellac. The bio-gel has since chipped a bit on my thumbs... Not sure what is going on with the quality here, but the cost and customer service doesn't seem worth it. I have $15 with their loyalty points to use but I am hesitant to come back.

Worst place ever.The person who did my nails was very rude. She didnt even do them correctly and messed up multiple times. In the starting when she was preping , she almost hit me with the tool. She was blabbering constantly in her own language constantly. It jas not been 2 weeks and all my nails came off. I did not leave her a tip while my sister and her boyfriend were very happy with the service they received and my sister was sitting besides me and we asked the lady to leave the design alone coz she could not do it , which is totally fine .But, she was in hurry and was disrespectful and kept pushing my hand into the UV cure machine.Once , she pushed it and it ruined the nail paint and she said to me that why would i do that and held my hand as if she was working on a maniquine. I was not going to post this and thought may be it was just a bad day. But, when my nails came off , they didnt have any glue on some of them and came of so easily on their own . I work in a bank and my activities do not involve anything that would affect this. I get my nails done at another place but they were full. Worst decision to go to them. Save your money and time and do not go there.

I love jaded! Great nail salon. Clean. Fast. Friendly and the ladies do an amazing job. Been going for 10 years and will Never go anywhere else

I don’t know if i would even give this place a 1 star review. they are very rushed and super rude, and you know for a fact they are talking bad about you. They don’t do what you ask & then charge you ridiculous prices. I took my little sister here and paid over $70 for her nails, with a $20 charge for a simple design ridiculous. i won’t be coming back. I also don’t like the fact they let their dog just roam the salon, im all for dogs, but i dont like a dog jumping up on me when i’m trying to get my nails done.
