Went into Smartstyle For a hair cut! the stylist spoke to me about new colours that would look great in my hair so we did colour, foils & a haircut! So happy my hair is beautiful! Great job .. no wonder why they were so busy.

I came to this place about 3 weeks ago, shoulder length hair. I had a picture of a cut I wanted. A punky look, shaved sides and chin length on top and choppy... ya I left looking like a pubescent boy with a mushroom cut. Totally untalented staff.. very disappointing . Now the long process of growing it out and wearing a hat literally all the time.

Had an appointment booked with the manager. When I showed up, she wasn't in and was told to come back a different day. No call to tell me the appointment was cancelled. NO apology either.Another instance with Brenda the manager, she complained about her staff the whole time saying they were terrible and incompetent. Not surprising that no one is ever in there and that they have no stock.
