Nail Trix

Whenever I go to Nail Trix I am greeted and either seated quickly or given an appropriate wait time. Most of the girls do a great job. I never seem to feel rushed and they ensure that my nails are to my liking and my standards. I find that It is clean too. I have a favourite nail stylist, May. She does an excellent job every time! She’s chatty, friendly and always ensures they are perfect. I would recommend giving Nail Trix a try or perhaps a second try.

My regular choice for pedicures. They have a generous selection of nail colors. Staff is friendly. No need for an Appoinment. They also do waxing. Shellac polish and regular polish us acrylic and gel nails. Also nail art. Great place!! And they have massage chairs!

Told the girl I wanted my shellac removed by soaking them in acetone, seemed like she was in too much of a rush and just shaved it off. I told her it hurt and she continued to the point where I had to tell her about 4 or 5 times and get a little loud for her to listen. Also charged 5 dollars to remove shellac so they could put a new colour on, been getting my nails done on a regular for a few years and no place has ever charged me to remove polish. Never returning I'll save myself the didisappointment.

HORRIBLE. I got a shellac manicure here with my sister & it was the quickest manicure ever. For the 35$ each we got no massage, uneven shape & my colour started peeling off 3 days later! I called & asked if I could get them redone or just taken off so I can go somewhere else & the lady rudely said the manager was not available & that they would not redo it for free. Never returning.

I've been there multiple times but I've finally had enough. It took an incredibly long time and my acrylic nails were crazy thick and one was crooked on my nail and none of them smooth. It is very hit and miss depending on who does them. Tina thumbs down.
