Affordable and in good location in Vancouver. There's a building with a full kitchen, cable TV, books, and puzzles. The laundromat has 3 washers and several dryers, each machine costing $1.75. There is a designated area to have your dog do his business. The reason for 4 stars: Be aware that this park is a parking lot with RVs parked very close together with few trees and shrubs. There are no picnic tables at the sites. There is no extra parking except along the street.

Oh boy. This was a surprise! When we got there and discovered it was more of a permanent trailer park than a camping spot, I was worried. However, we got set up and met some of the kids and other people who were staying there and we felt right at home. We had access to the community kitchen (microwave and sinks) and the bathrooms and showers were very well kept.

A bit older park, Cement pads. Amenities listed all worked. We were right next to the road, but did not notice any traffic noise. Friendly staff.
