First time visiting Canada, this is a fantastic location.nn1 Near buses recommend getting the compass day-pass if you plan on touring the cityn2 Short walk to the Royal mall recommend the Dollarama and the Osaka Marketn3 Laundromat only takes Canadian coins several ATM inside the malln4 Concrete ground and nicely spaced between each site.n5 Interesting to watch the locals catching salmon below the bridge on the way to the mall.n6 Front office open very latennDefinitely comeback if we visiting Vancouver again.
Well, this is amazing place. I tow in customer who rented lot here, and I was amazed. First thing first is location. It's under Stanley Bridge on West Van side. Surrounded by nature and creek, it's in walking range to Ocean. Second thing is spacious lots, with great organization. Camp is clean, well maintained, with washrooms and showers positioned perfectly. Definitely for people who love to camp in urban areas with nature all around. My recommendation.
Absolutely the best location you could possibly find in Vancouver area, if you want to be near downtown Vancouver. We walked from our RV site to the downtown Vancouver area. Part of the walk is over a really impressive bridge with a separate pedestrian walking path. The other part is through a lovely park.nAlso within walking distance of shops and restaurants.nWe loved the RV park and all the amenities as well as the location.
Last May, my husband and I camped here and had a great time. Booking online was easy and affordable, along with changing our selected site. It's centrally located for most things in North Vancouver, which is very convenient but manages to also be relatively quiet still. There are some city noises, but the trees muffle it a bit, making it still a relaxing camping getaway. The pool and hot tub are great amenities, and the staff seemed pleasant. The bathrooms are clean, though the shortcut path to them gets a bit dark at night, as you can see in the video. They keep the entrance quite secure, which is good. Overall, great value and amenities.
I was cycling, unsure where my stay was going to be in Vancouver. As I climbed the bike path to the Lions Gate bridge, I saw this campground. I phoned and they said they accept bike touring. They have laundromat, pool, hot tub and plus you are basic all across the Bridge from Vancouver and Stanley Park . It may seem a bit pricey for tenting , but you got to account that you are centrally located in Vancouver, close to amenities and secure location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay or recommend. I guess the traffic noise could be an issue but I slept well, considering I was so tired. Site 130, under the cedars for shelter. Thanks for the great stay
